Grands Lacs Tourist Office has computer resources designed to send you information and promotional offers, only if you agree, for the destination of Biscarrosse, Sanguinet, Parentis en Born, Ste Eulalie en Born, Gastes Lüe and Ychoux. The information stored is reserved exclusively for use by the Grands Lacs Tourist Office.

In compliance with article 13 of the ‘General Data Protection Regulation’, you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal information, which you can exercise by contacting the Grands Lacs Tourist Office at: 55 Place G. You can also, for legitimate reasons, oppose the processing of your data.

Processing of personal data
The processing mentioned below is not necessarily all the processing of personal data as described in the law of 1978; however, for the purposes of transparency, we have specified the processing of personal data as well as the anonymous processing that we carry out. The data will be kept for the period strictly required for processing. You can also, for legitimate reasons, oppose the processing of your data.

Newsletter 
Purpose:  The information gathered on this form is stored to allow you to receive information that interests you and suggestions according to your centres of interest.
Required information: E-mail address
Optional information: First and last names, holiday themes, and any other information from you allowing us to target our communication better
Non-EU transfers: This operation is technically conducted by a company based in the United States, Mailchimp, that has developed an effective newsletter management service. This company therefore deals with the technical part of sending out the e-mails and hosting the data (first name, e-mail, ip address, etc.). Mailchimp will never send an e-mail to users registered on our data list.

Contact form
Purpose:  The information gathered on this form is stored to allow you to interact with our departments and enable them to send you answers in accordance with your preferences.
Required information: First and last name, address, post code, city, country, e-mail
Optional information: Telephone, title
Non-EU transfers: No. The information is stored on our tourist information system. Data retention security is implemented.
 
Processing of non-personal data
The editor uses non-personal data to improve the use of the website and respond to your needs more fully. Non-personal data can be: IP address, website search, point of entry and website browsing activity, etc.
Non-personal data is collected using analytics and advertising tools that have their own general terms and conditions of use and policy for processing personal and non-personal data (Google Analytics, Facebook)
